Auto Panel & 360 Degree Sensor Repair

Laser Alignment Inc’s Auto Panel and 360 Sensor form a rugged and dependable pair. A work horse in the land leveling industry for many years. Many say it is the easiest system ever. Just hook it up; and go to work. They just don’t make them like that anymore. The 360 Sensor measures the elevation error and reports it to the Auto Panel. From there the Auto Panel controls the valve that corrects the elevation error. JTS-Labs is the premier repair center for these products. Repairing everything from bad switches to broken housings, damaged connectors to bracket pads.

Apache Style Products

Apache style machine control systems were/are very successful successor to Laser Alignment’s system. Apache was so successful, in fact that the industry giant Spectra Precision purchased them and sold the products under their own name. Today they sell this same product through a private label Futtura. The system works basically the same as the Laser Alignment system. There are a few differences though. If you are at all familiar with these products you know they reliable. JTS-Labs is a proud distributor of Futtura products can supply new Apache style systems and; no one offers the level of after the sale support that we do.

Power Cables, Sensor Cables & Valve Cables

Machine control systems need cables. No mater which system you are using, Laser Alignment or Apache style. Each Panel needs a Power Cable. The Power Cable can also be used to run the laser sensor directly for manual operation. Each system needs a Sensor Cable to communicate elevation error information from the laser receiver to the panel. And, finally, they need a Valve Cable to control the hydraulic valve. JTS-Labs specializes in building these cables either in standard lengths or custom lengths as needed.
