About JTS Labs
Jasin Technical Systems is a family-owned shop in the Tampa, FL area that
repairs laser grade-control equipment and builds the parts that keep it running.
Meet Bill Jasin
JTS Labs is run by Bill Jasin, who has spent 38 years working on laser machine control.
Before starting JTS, Bill worked for Southern Laser, Southern Precision, Laser Leveling,
and Sitech Southeast. When you call JTS, you talk to Bill: the person who diagnoses your
equipment and builds your parts.
What we do
- Repairs. Control boxes, auto panels, laser
receivers, and some lasers, from current Econo Grade equipment to older Apache, LAI,
and Laser Leveling systems.
- Replacement cables. Power, receiver,
remote, and valve cables, built in our shop. The Cable Finder narrows it to the exact
cable for your system.
- Systems and components.
Econo Grade (Latec) control panels, receivers, remotes, masts, tilt sensors, and mounts.
- Valve hardware. Rexroth PC
valves, electrical rebuild kits, and single and dual cylinder valve manifolds.
- Cable checkers. Testers built to order
for the cables you use, so your crew can check a cable in seconds.

- Apache / Spectra: one family, built by Apache and sold under both names.
Repairs and cables for single and dual control boxes (CB1, CB2) and Bullseye and LR series
receivers. Each cable page notes which box it fits.
- Laser Alignment Inc. (LAI): 3-light and 5-light auto panels and receivers,
and LB-4 lasers. Repairs, plus receiver, power, remote, and valve cables.
- Laser Leveling: Diamond Ball field laser repair.
