Laser Alignment Inc 5 Light Automatic Control Panels, also known as Auto Panels were an upgrade to the 3 light systems, designed to accept elevation correction information from the Laser Alignment Inc 360 Sensor and convert it to valve command signals. These signals tell the valve to raise or lower the cutting edge of the box blade. We can fix virtually any issue related to your Laser Alignment Inc 5 Light systems (PN 40800-01 or PN 40800-02 when branded as Laser Leveling), from a damaged connector to a broken switch, cracked housing or anything else. In case there are missing bracket knobs, power cable, sensor cable or valve cable, we can replace them.
LAI 360 Sensor
Laser Alignment Inc 5 Light Constant Accuracy Band 360 Laser Receiver, also known as a CAB Sensor (PN 42900-01) is an essential part of the Automatic Machine Control Systems by LAI. It detects the laser beam and determines the elevation error. After processing this information, the sensor then sends it to the Auto Panel via the Sensor Cable for further processing.
