High-Quality Machine Control System Accessories

Machine control systems need cables. No matter which system you are using, Laser Alignment or Apache Style, each panel needs a power cable. Most receivers can be powered separately for manual only operation. Each system needs a sensor cable to communicate elevation error information from the laser receiver to the panel. And, finally, they need a valve cable to control the hydraulic valve. JTS – Lab specializes in building these cables either in standard or custom lengths as needed. 

Apache Style machine control systems were very successful successors to Laser Alignment Inc.’s system. The brand was so successful, in fact, that the industry giant Spectra Precision purchased them and sold the products under their own name. Currently new control boxes are not available but we can help provide service. But recievers are still available. The system works basically the same as the Laser Alignment Inc. system. There are a few differences though. If you are at all familiar with these products, you know they are reliable.

Laser Alignment Inc., now owned by Leica Geosystems, was one of the most reputable suppliers of laser instruments for the surveying and construction industries. Their wide variety of precision laser instruments, include, but are not limited to, pipe lasers, rotary lasers, slope lasers, and single-grade and dual-grade lasers. Because of these systems’ top-notch performance, accuracy, and reliability, they are still used by engineers for leveling requirements.
