Jasin Technical Systems (“JTS Labs,” “we”) runs jts-labs.com. This page explains what information we collect, why, and who we share it with. We're a small Tampa, FL business, and we keep this simple: we use your information to answer you and fill your orders, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, company, email, phone, the topic you choose, and your message.
- When you order: your name, company, email, phone, ship-to address, the items you order, any notes, and — if you ship on your own carrier account — your carrier and account number.
- Payment: PayPal processes every payment. Your card or bank details go to PayPal, not to us. We receive a payment confirmation and the PayPal transaction ID.
- Your cart: stored in your own browser (local storage) so it's there when you come back. It never leaves your device until you place an order.
- Server logs: our web server records basic request information (IP address, page requested, time, browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, quote prices and shipping, and fill, ship, and support your orders.
- To send order confirmations, payment links, receipts, and shipping updates.
- To handle returns, repairs, and warranty claims.
- To keep business and tax records, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
We don't send marketing email unless you ask us to, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- PayPal — to process payments (PayPal's privacy statement).
- Our email service — to deliver contact-form messages and order emails.
- Shipping carriers — your ship-to name, address, and phone, to deliver your order.
- Our hosting provider — which runs the servers this site is on.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We don't sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for warranty, returns, and tax and accounting requirements. We keep contact-form messages as long as they're useful for helping you.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. Email sales@jts-labs.com or call (813) 390-1062.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults buying equipment parts. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
