These terms apply to purchases from Jasin Technical Systems (“JTS Labs,” “we”) through jts-labs.com. Our Sales & Service Policies are part of these terms and cover returns, warranties, shipping insurance, and repairs in detail. By placing an order, you agree to both.
Prices and availability
- Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
- We work hard to keep prices and descriptions right. If we find an error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we'll contact you before shipping. You can accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
- Dealer pricing and custom labeling are available by quote. Contact us.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it or send you a payment link. We may confirm large or Built to Order orders with you before we begin, and we may decline or cancel an order before it ships, with a full refund of anything you've paid.
Shipping and delivery
Equipment parts vary widely in size, weight, and value, so we price shipping for each shipment. At checkout, you choose one of three options:
- Ship it for me. You place the order without paying. Within one business day, we email you the shipping cost and a secure payment link. Nothing is charged until you pay that link. Shipments valued over $500 include shipping insurance, as described in our policies.
- Ship on your UPS or FedEx account. You pay for the parts at checkout. We ship using your carrier account and the service level you tell us in the order notes.
- Pick up in Tampa, FL. You pay at checkout, and we call you when your order is ready.
Ship dates we give are estimates. Built to Order items take longer than stocked items, and we'll tell you if we expect a delay. Once an order leaves our hands, responsibility for loss or damage in transit is as described in our policies.
Payment
We accept payment through PayPal, which lets you pay with a PayPal account, Venmo, PayPal Pay Later, or a debit or credit card. Sales tax is added where required. Payment links for shipping quotes are valid for 14 days; after that, we may need to re-quote shipping.
Returns, warranties, and repairs
Each item has a return class (Returnable, Built to Order, or Final Sale), shown before you buy. Returns, restocking fees, warranty periods, and repair terms are set out in our Sales & Service Policies.
Using our products
Our parts are for use with machine control and grade-control systems by people who know how to install and operate them safely. Follow the equipment manufacturer's instructions, and disconnect power before installing cables or components.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, downtime, or delay costs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Hillsborough County, Florida.
